dev-lisp/sbcl hasn't even had a mips keyword from what I can tell. It does have a 'cobalt' keyword, which appears to mean nothing more than 'little-endian'. I couldn't get sbcl to install on mips, and I don't think anyone really cares about it on mips, so please either kill the mips support code and the cobalt USE flag or, if someone does actually care, rename the cobalt USE flag 'mipsel'.
