It would be great to get atom support for at least qatom/qlist.

Examples: qlist -IevC >=media-fonts/terminus-font-4.3
qatom -cC media-fonts/terminus-font-4.30 =media-fonts/terminus-font-4.3*

CCing infra here because we would benefit from it for our cfengine stuff.

and qlist supports it now:
