if it is under www.gentoo-brain.tk's copyright, we need it to be reassigned to us.

we also need to look at why RESTRICT="nomirror" is enabled, the lack of DEPEND and the lack of docs installation

If it's under your copyright, then we can't include it in portage, sorry.  If you turn over the copyright to Gentoo, then it can be included in portage.  Otherwise we will have to wait for someone else to write an ebuild.

Before submit an ebuild people should read the specifies manuals.
Ebuilds have no owner.

What do you mean by "Ebuilds have no owner.", Federico?  They fall under International Copyright Law.
