The latest version (9.02) of ghostscript-gpl is missing the pstoraster[1] cups filter which the net-print/splix-2.0.0_p20110219 driver depends on for printing.

[1] /usr/libexec/cups/filter/pstoraster

app-text/ghostscript-gpl-9.01 conatins these three filters:
/usr/libexec/cups/filter/pstoraster
/usr/libexec/cups/filter/pdftoraster
/usr/libexec/cups/filter/pstopxl

app-text/ghostscript-gpl-9.02 contains only these two:
/usr/libexec/cups/filter/pstopxl
/usr/libexec/cups/filter/gstoraster

eix ghostscript-gpl output:

INVALID in regard of ghostscript-gpl, but splix might need a fix.

Indeed splix needs a fix to use gstoraster. Thanks both for the report and tip to the change!

I've added splix-2.0.0_p20110219-r1 to tree, which depends on >=app-text/ghostscript-gpl-9.02 and uses gstoraster for PSTORASTER makefile variable.
