new-wireless/bluez compilation fails with a -j -l 3 setting on a beefy machine. The jobs amount should probably be limited to a correct amount (works with -j3). Tested with both version 4.93 and 4.91

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge bluez
2.emerge fails
Actual Results:  
fatal error: bluetooth/bluetooth.h: No such file or directory

Expected Results:  
bluez compiles

for now just MAKEOPTS='-j3' emerge -1 bluez

I can build any version currently in the tree fine using MAKEOPTS=-j6, so I cannot confirm that the issue is this simple..

1) Please post your `emerge --info' output too.
2) Please attach the entire build log.
