media-sound/shoutcast-search seems disfunctional.  Both in-tree versions don't ever return any results.  Since it is a screenscraper and shoutcast.com changes frequently this is expected.  There is a new upstream version at https://github.com/halhen/shoutcast-search
Please bump.

This program is broken because AOL changed the license terms on
the API that it was using.
So it needs to be pulled from the tree.
Here's a quote from the documentation:
