Hello.

Bump the gst-plugins-bad to 0.10.21, please. This version has been released 21.01.2011, and there's still 0.10.19 in the tree.

Also, the current version has one missing dependency on dev-libs/liboil (see bug 348044), which is unnecessary in current versions, because gst-plugins-* now use dev-lang/orc instead (as it's already for gst-plugins-base-0.10.32 and gst-plugins-good-0.10.28).

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge eix
2. eix gst-plugins-bad
Actual Results:  
Available versions:  0.10.14 0.10.17 0.10.18 0.10.19 {debug}

Expected Results:  
Available versions:  (0.10) 0.10.14 0.10.17 0.10.18 0.10.19 (~)0.10.21 {debug +orc}

This is a duplicate of bug 250079 comment 15...
Well, no, it's more of a dupe of bug 360065, but you get the idea.

gst-plugins-good were updated about two weeks ago, so please wait another month or two and -bad will get updated too.

Cause it's not only a matter of updating -bad, but also all of the -bad splits (i.e. resindvd).
