The emerge will not overwrite files from dev-db/mysql++-2.3.2 even though it is supposed to be replacing them.

Trying to install a masked package with keywords ~x86 because 2.3.2 does not work with latest mysqlclient libs - apologies for any newbie errors.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Allow masked build to be emerged.
2.  Try to emerge.


Actual Results:  
Package 'dev-db/mysql++-3.0.9' NOT merged due to file collisions.
