emerge of net-misc/tsclient-2.0.1 fails with :
tsc-rdp-connection.c:10:30: erreur: libnotify/notify.h : Aucun fichier ou dossier de ce type

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge -v tsclient




Adding x11-libs/libnotify to the dependencies solves the issue
