Description James Dominy 2011-03-01 13:52:51 UTC
Inkscape builds and starts up fine. You can load, edit, and save drawings, but any copy or cut action causes a dialog to pop up (3 times in quick succession per copy/cut event), followed by two messages saying "No layers", and another message with an error message. The dialog states that python-uniconvertor is required by inkscape, and that it should be put in inkscapes python directory. Emerging media-gfx/uniconvertor-1.1.5 fixes the problem. There is no use flag that would have excluded uniconvertor, so I think that the ebuild is missing a dependency.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge inkscape
2. run inkscape
3. place a line'
4. copy the line with CTRL-C or with "right click" - "copy"

Actual Results:
6 Error message dialogs

Expected Results:
No error messages and the ability to paste
