app-text/poppler-bindings was removed from the tree a year ago[1]. It's only to be expected that current ebuilds do not block packages that have been removed, so no attempt has been made to block against non-existent file collisions. Please remove app-text/poppler-bindings "manually". [1] http://sources.gentoo.org/cgi-bin/viewvc.cgi/gentoo-x86/app-text/poppler-bindings/?hideattic=0
