Without it, >=gnupg-2.0.16 fails tests.

That doesn't look like the right solution, can't we track down the fortified source issue instead?

Can we apply this meanwhile, please?

This affects arm and sh, so a use arm,sh && append-flags.... is enough for me

Workaround added to 2.0.7-r3.
