Due to unmantained gtk tutorial the Makefile.am rules within that folder (docs/tutorial) gtk+-2.22.1 failes to compile.

The bug mentioned as the URL on this bug is the upstream version of this one.

The approach within gtk+ as been to remove alltogether the tutorial and faq subfolders.

Reproducible: Always

I think we should drop:
docs/faq/Makefile
docs/tutorial/Makefile

from configure.in, not?
