BigIDE component are missing in the gentoo version of lazarus.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download skychart source (http://www.ap-i.net/skychart/ it's software for astronomer)
2. configure the source
3. make the program

Actual Results:  
make fails due to a missing dependency

Expected Results:  
correct make when using bigide component

Just need to make lazarus with bigide (make bigide)

So maybe sci-astronomy/skychart requires lazarus not to be built minimal

I can build it with minimal lazarus.
