Description Martin Walch 2010-12-23 13:18:47 UTC
this is the current state:

> DEPEND="sys-libs/zlib app-arch/bzip2"

- zlib should be dropped as it is part of the system set in the base profile
- RDEPEND should be explicitely added as the default value RDEPEND=${DEPEND} might go away in the future

 diff -u advancecomp-1.15.ebuild.old advancecomp-1.15.ebuild

- Change the things mentioned above.
- Port the ebuild to the year 2010:
-- die if something fails
-- use if-then-else instead of && when several commands shall be executed
-- sort IUSE and file names alphabetically

zlib is still in DEPEND, I can see it in a ton of packages then, either all of them should drop it or, probably the best option, zlib should be dropped from profiles (if not already... looks it was dropped)
