The security stabled PEAR-Mail 1.2.0 has a missing dependency on PEAR-Net_SMTP-1.4.1 which is unstable.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install PEAR-Mail 1.2.0
2. Configure a PHP script to use SMTP through the Mail PEAR class
3. Try to send per the documentation

Actual Results:  
The PHP script fails due to missing PEAR functions.

Expected Results:  
An email is sent via SMTP

Requesting blocking of bug 294256 until this is done.
Remove if not appropriate.

Stable for HPPA.

Builds fine on x86, used the example to test. Works fine on x86.
