30ba39315718bccd13ffc56e49719a04b3bbd806 is correct so you have an out of date mirror or something.

the tar file is fine.  tar-1.25 is broken.  use tar-1.25-r1 or better yet, stick with the stable keywords.

Hmm. I have tar-1.25-r1 + the tarball does not checksum. At least 3 mirrors have out of date file.
