procmail support lmtp protocol. I need it for interaction procmail with MeTA1 (sendmail successor). lmtp turn on in config.h by uncomment #define LMTP

allow for detail handling in LMTP mode

A patch from Philip Guenther for procmail-3.22 to allow for detail handling in LMTP mode.
-z takes an optional argument to specify the detail delimiter, e.g., -z+
This patch is necessary to use procmail as LDA for MeTA1 when detail handling is used.

Patches procmail.lmtp.p0 and procmail.lmtp.p1 were are taken from original MeTA1 distribution (contrib directory) http://meta1.org/download/.prealpha/connlim/meta1-1.0.PreAlpha40.0.tar.gz

Almost funny, but I, and I am sure many others, still use procmail.
There is a new git site: https://github.com/BuGlessRB/procmail
And an update by the original author:
