Again i've got the same problem. BTW, there is unneeded dependency in RDEPEND: RDEPEND="${COMMON_DEPEND} selinux? ( sec-policy/selinux-clamav) sys-apps/grep" Grep is in system set so is unneded here.
Fixed in clamav-0.97 in CVS.
