after emerge libftd2xx-0.4.16 teh lib is locatet in /opt/lib64. but the ld.so.conf
will not be touched.  

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge libftd2xx-0.4.16
2. 
3.

Actual Results:  
openocd doesn't find the lib.

Expected Results:  
openocd finds the lib

This problem was fixed in bug #355563. So I am closing this bug.
