cctbx-2010.03.29.2334-r1 doesn't build under gcc 4.5 for me. The attached patch against cctbx-2010.03.29.2334-r2 (unstable) installs header files in libdir and lets dependencies build properly. Reproducible: Always

There is something wrong with cctbx. But it is not just the header files which suck. Need to figure out the rest too.

Need to figure out the rest too. > cctbx does dump a lot of stuff into the python sitedir. However, this patch does let pointless compile. I just rebuilt my tree using gcc 4.5.1 (~3200 packages, including most of sci-chemistry, sci-biology and a fair fraction of the science, molmod, and dberkholz overlays) with remarkably few problems. This was one of them.
