Description Joel Berendzen 2010-11-08 19:10:22 UTC
cctbx-2010.03.29.2334-r1 doesn't build under gcc 4.5 for me. The attached patch against cctbx-2010.03.29.2334-r2 (unstable) installs header files in libdir and lets dependencies build properly.

Reproducible: Always

There is something wrong with cctbx. But it is not just the header files which suck. Need to figure out the rest too.

cctbx does dump a lot of stuff into the python sitedir. However, this patch does let pointless compile.

I just rebuilt my tree using gcc 4.5.1 (~3200 packages, including most of sci-chemistry, sci-biology and a fair fraction of the science, molmod, and dberkholz overlays) with remarkably few problems. This was one of them.
