Together with a cctbx patch (posting next), fixes a dependency chain problem where stable version of cctbx won't build under gcc 4.5, but ccp4 via xia2 and pointless dependencies won't allow unstable version.  Problem was caused by cctbx ebuild not installing header files except in python sitedir.
