libdc is a simple dynamic drawing library (previously known as libdraw), part of the suckless project.

libdc will be required by future releases of x11-misc/dmenu (see http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=322125) and I guess there'll be more packages depending on libdc soon.

Builds on amd64 for me.

Please enhance the ebuild if possible.
