Currently only gnome-base/librsvg-2.31 is in portage, and this version has problems.

For example, trying to open an SVG file in EOG or doing gtk.gdk.pixbuf_new_from_file(...) in Python will fail with an error about the file type not being recognized.

Installing gnome-base/librsvg-2.32 corrected these problems.

Also, the GTK+ 2/3 automagic patch is no longer needed for 2.32.

That's why gnome 2.32 is masked for now, it's not complete. Thanks for understanding.
