This mirror is constantly down. Whenever I hit it for an update (emerge sync), it gives an error that the maximum number of users has been reached. The maximum number of of uses seems to randomly change. Today it was 7 users is the max, yesterday it was 10 users is the max. I also get the same error whenever portage attempts to download source code from it. Can it please be removed?
Tested both rsync and source mirrors this morning. I was able to complete a full rsync and download several source tarballs at > 100Kbps. I'll check it a couple more times throughout today, but right now, this mirror appears to be functioning as expected.
resetting severity to something reasonable. I verified that there is a max number of 7 connections on this mirror. However, other than that, the mirror is working fine. I have not found any problems with the source mirror. Removed it from the main rsync.gentoo.org rotation. It will continue to serve in the rsync.ca and rsync.namerica rotations, however. closing.
