Description Phil Stracchino (Unix Ronin) 2010-10-26 16:12:31 UTC
Thunderbird-3.1.5 is consistently crashing with a bus error about five seconds after launch. No additional information available. 3.1.3 is fine.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Upgrade Thunderbird to 3.1.5. Re-emerge x11-plugins/enigmail as instructed.
2. Launch Thunderbird. Three to five seconds later, Thunderbird dies with a bus error.
3.

You will need to get a backtrace, http://www.gentoo.org/proj/en/qa/backtraces.xml if you want support.

It's fixed in 3.1.6, which probably makes this ticket moot, so I'm closing it.
