Patch to compile squidGuard with db 4.1

I don't whether the appended patch works - but at least it let's me compile
squidGuard.  I will test the result :)

Using my own patch (and not the previously posted one, which in my opinion is flawed when looking at the order or arguments for dbopen and compare them to the one listed in the db-4.1.25 package), I tested squidGuard in a live environment with a blacklist that has more than 40,000 entries in it (it is the "porn" one :).  The test is positive.  I suggest to the maintainer to update the squidguard package accordingly!

Fixed in cvs
