Bug 34133 – USE="alsa" emerge kdelibs wants alsa-driver

This dependency should be enough with alsa-lib, as the driver itself shouldn't
be depended on. (this is also in the kernel).

This is blocking  both automated GRP builds of kde, and user systems who don't
use our kernels for everything.

escalating this because it breaks chrooted builds and builds for other arches.

seems this is a non-issue now that it has virtual/alsa
