The portage-2.2_rc79 command "emerge" not work on FreeBSD with the
following error. Nothing can do with this emerge.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.just type "emerge"

Actual Results:  
# emerge

This is fixed in and 2.2_rc81.
