Description Paolo Barile 2010-09-06 11:03:44 UTC
I emerged app-emulation/virtualbox-bin-3.1.8 with all USE flags combinations except the "headless" flag.
Everything works during emerging, modules compiling, modules loading, and running the main User Interface.
When I start running the virtual machine it seems to work (reading the logs everything is ok) but I can't see the window of the virtual machine.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Emerge it.
2.Load modules and add yourself to "vboxusers" group
3.Run Virtual Box
4.Try to start your virtual machine.

Actual Results:
The virtual machine runs, but I can't see it.

Expected Results:
I would have been able to see the virtual machine running.

My workaround was to download and install the upstream version of virtualbox (3.2.8). It works.
