proj/devmanual repo created. Please do your initial pushes to it, and then tell me when I can turn off access to the older devmanual repo.

I didn't remove the old repository yet because I don't know if there is still something that uses the old one.
You can kill the old repo so long as the cronjob scripts to update the site have been updated to pull from the new repo. Nothing else should be using it.
Could you please make devmanual commits appear on #gentoo-commits channel as well? It used to work with the old repo but not anymore

http://devmanual.gentoo.org/appendices/contributing/index.html This needs to be fixed ("Where to find sources") with the new paths
Fixed
For now, someone in the qa team can remove the contents from git.gentoo.org and have a README file that says look at $url (overlays). #-commits and commits mailing lists is handled in bug 328907. I'll close this bug, as infra is done and the bug is lingering. Thanks.
