The latest sync of dev-libs/icu/icu-4.4.1.ebuild missed three patches from gx86 and should be added to the Prefix overlay:
icu-4.4.1-arm.patch
icu-4.4.1-et_EE.patch
icu-4.4.1-pkgdata.patch
