The subversion ebuild doesn't install the "tools/cvs2svn" utility. Since it adds an dependency on RCS, it might be a good idea to add this depending on a USE flag. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce:
It should install it if the python useflag is specified and the berkdb flag is specified too (it depends on python and the python bindings fail if berkdb support is not build in)
You're right: adding 'python' adds cvs2svn, I just tried it.
I hope you don't mind me re-using this bug. :-) The subversion ebuild doesn't seem to install svn_load_dirs.pl, and _this_ time I checked the USE flags. *grin*
