net-im/psi-0.14-r1 is missing dependency on x11-libs/qt-qt3support. Dependency on qt-gui[qt3support] is not enough as qt-gui[qt3support] uses PDEPEND on qt-qt3support and therefore Portage can schedule net-im/psi to be built before qt-qt3support. Or is this a Portage bug because Portage doesn't force PDEPENDs to be resolved first?

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
This happens on clean system installation or when both Qt and Psi are pulled for the first time in the same merge.
