Main changes to 006:
  * Workaround for error with console_init in plymouth module
  * Patch for device-mapper related modules fixing problem with udev rules in LVM2 prior to 2.02.63-r1
  * Dependency updates
  * Code refactored

Dracut has Plymouth support but it's not included in USE flags and dependencies since Plymouth is not yet in Portage tree. Martin Benz's ebuild is included in #274065 (http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=274065).
