All the emerges went well, but when a normal user (or even root, so it's not a
permission problem somewhere) starts up KDE, the control center is empty of
items.  Emerging mosfet's liquid will show it's control options under the look
and feel category but nothing else.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Emerging kde-base/*/*beta*
2.
3.
Actual Results:  
Everything looks good, but the control center is empty.  The alpha ebuilds
didn't have this problem.
