This ebuild is based on the OSS-QM/Gentoo branch, which has several cleanups that are not upstream (but scheduled) yet.

The only IMHO unclean point is the special handling for mingw - generic solutions welcomed ;-)

lemme clarify further: dont bother submitting ebuilds for any package in OSS-QM.  we arent interested.
