Description Dennis Schridde 2010-07-01 07:25:48 UTC
Portage library preservation did not preserve libmarblewidget.so.4 during an upgrade from kde-base/marble-4.4.4 to kde-base/marble-4.4.90, even though media-gfx/digikam-1.2.0-r1 depends on it via multiple binaries:
[ 6% ] * broken /usr/bin/digikam (requires libmarblewidget.so.4)
[ 62% ] * broken /usr/lib64/kde4/plugins/marble/ExternalDraw.so (requires libmarblewidget.so.4)
[ 66% ] * broken /usr/lib64/libdigikamcore.so.1.0.0 (requires libmarblewidget.so.4)

Reproducible: Always

P.S: The ouput below, with preceeding percentages, is from revdep-rebuild.
Comment 2 Sebastian Luther (few) 2010-07-01 07:31:08 UTC
That's because the two versions of kde-base/marble belong to different slots.
