Would it be possible to install app-editors/joe-3.7-r1 on gannet, godwit, grebe and grouse?

Also could we update it on woodpecker (it's still on the ancient 3.2)

With USE="-xterm" the only dep is ncurses.

cfengine set to deploy joe on all nodes in the next pass.
upgraded on woodpecker as well.
