sys-fs/lvm2-2.02.64 has problems with -z,now which hits hardened users.

This boils down to one missing library while linking the plugins for dmeventd, which when using BIND_NOW results in the messages like the following:
libdevmapper-event-lvm2mirror.so dlopen failed: /lib/liblvm2cmd.so.2.02: undefined symbol: dm_event_register_handler

I will attach a patch that fixed the behaviour on my system at least.
