media-tv/xbmc depends on proprietary app-arch/unrar, while it compiles and works completely fine without.  xbmc shouldn't depend on unrar, or at least it should be selected with some use flag.

fixed in xbmc-9.11-r3.ebuild ; will use either app-arch/unrar or app-arch/unrar-gpl
