The static build fails as it tries to copy a non-existent shared lib.

Attached patch fixes it and a patch for the ebuild for freemint too.

This has been submitted upstream to their mailing list and has been flagged to be fixed in the next release.

FYI: the patch seems to break shared libs installation (it doesn't install them any more), so I made it conditional for MiNT.  I hope upstream applies something sane.
