There's a new version fo R out on cran.r-project.org. Renaming the R-1.7.1
ebuild file to R-1.8.0 and creating a digest file as below is enough for it to
build on (at least) ~x86.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create files (dev-lang/R-1.8.0 and dev-lang/R-1.8.0/files/digest-R-1.8.0).
2. emerge world
3.

Actual Results:  
R 1.8.0 builds without problems.
