The ebuild for taskcoach-1.0.0 asks users who run a stable system to request to have it stabilized. I am such a user, and it would help me for there to be a stable version of taskcoach that can be emerged without any keyword tinkering. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce:
Just emerged 1.0.2 on an otherwise stable x86. It works here just as expected and can be stabilized for x86 as far as I'm concerned. -- Regards, Mick
Since the updates are coming rather frequently, with bug fixes, I will stabilize the last 1.0.x version (when 1.1.0 appears).
Just updated to 1.0.9 and it seems to work much better than 1.0.2, which I was running until now. The 1.0.2 was using upto 45% of CPU on a P4, while now it's dropped to just 2%. -- Regards, Mick
OK, 1.0.10 was added and since it's apparently the last bugfix release for 1.0 (1.1 was already released), we'll get it stable in a week. Please test.
Version 1.0.10 works fine on x86 here. Can you also please add 1.1.1 as (~) to portage so we can test it? -- Regards, Mick
Please stabilize app-office/taskcoach-1.0.10. It's not 30 days but there was a long history of minor bugfixes. After bumping ~arch to 1.1.1 there won't be any users testing for 1.0.10 so no point in waiting more. Thanks.
