genkernel use busybox 1.7.4 which is very old now,
it should use busybox 1.15.3 as the stable version

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. use genkernel
2. look at /etc/genkernel.conf
3.

Actual Results:  
BUSYBOX_VER="1.7.4"

Expected Results:  
BUSYBOX_VER="1.15.3"
