Compiling all of the current versions of gecko-mediaplayer fails on my system. All claim to be missing header files that appear to be part of xulrunner. I've found the headers on my system in /usr/include/xulrunner-1.9 directory. You will need to provide more info, info such as which xulrunner you have installed, or better yet please attach config.log which will tell us why your xulrunner headers are not being found.

I'm also currently using xulrunner-1.9.2-r4.
