Hi,

I've found out that this patch doesn't work with the experimental branch. One flag in Makefile was removed from the CFLAGS. I'll attach corrected patch, but I think that it should have a diffrent name, since it won't work for current master branch

I made more changes to the makefile and submitted them upstream. 

When they apply them we won't need a Makefile patch at all :)
