In order to support RealtimeKit [1], I've add a new "realtime" USE flag conditional on the (new) sys-auth/rtkit. To do this, I've had to drop keywords for your arches. Please test and rekeyword: =sys-auth/rtkit-0.6 [ ~alpha ~arm ~hppa ~ia64 ~ppc ~ppc64 ~sh ~sparc ] =media-sound/pulseaaudio-0.9.21.2-r1 [ ~alpha ~arm ~hppa ~ia64 ~ppc ~ppc64 ~sh ~sparc ] To test, after installing both, reloading dbus, and restarting pulseaudio you should see output in syslog like: [rtkit-daemon] Sucessfully made thread 16875 of process 16875 (/usr/bin/pulseaudio) owned by '1000' high priority at nice level -11. sh: this deps on bug #296548 because rtkit depends on sys-auth/polkit. [1] Allows an app to get realtime scheduling priority without mucking with limits.conf, etc. http://git.0pointer.de/?p=rtkit.git;a=blob;f=README
Marked ~hppa.
Both keyworded on alpha.
Marked ~ppc/~ppc64.
~arm keyword restored
