I version bumped this package to 2.03.11 to fix this ticket. I only did this without waiting because the maintainers haven't responded for over 30 days to this bug. If this is an issue, contact me.

With kernel 2.6.34-gentoo-r6 the same problem again. :-(

The Problem is =sys-kernel/linux-headers-2.6.30-r1 !!!
