After emerging the new version of kile 1.5.2 the LaTeX reference does not work
under the help.  There is a related bug here.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.# emerge rsync
2.# emerge kile
3.$ kile

according to the kde site, the latest release has this fixed and it's in portage.  Closing as fixed.
